PIANO INSTRUCTORS
Sharp School of Music has some of the finest instructors in West Chester.
Karina Bernadsky - Ms. Bernadsky received a Master's Degree in Piano Performance from the Yerevan State Conservatory, and a degree from the 11 Year Music College in Armenia. Karina's education is coupled with 20 years of experience as teacher and accompanist at the Musical Pedagogical College . She was the leader of the piano department at Music School of Boys Choir in Armenia from 1987-1993.
Cheryl Eslinger - Ms. Eslinger graduated from Indiana State University and has been a teacher and trainer all her adult life. Her musical background includes a lifelong love and study of music as a classically trained pianist. She has accompanied students for competitions; worked with students to encourage their ability to work within various musical groups and played with a worship band in a 1000+ member church for over 15 years. She has developed a love for all kinds of music including contemporary worship and Jazz. Cheryl is experienced and passionate about helping people reach their goals and potential.
Christina Hutzelman - Ms. Hutzelman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University . She began piano when she was six years old and at age 15 started teaching group lessons at the elementary schools along with private lessons. Christina organized the bi-annual recitals for many years. She enjoys mentoring her more advanced students who are interested in teaching.
Blake Racer - Mr. Racer graduated from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia with a degree in Music Education. As the Music Teacher at La Plata High School in Maryland Blake taught general music, choir, piano, music theory and conducted the annual musical and talent show. Blake also teaches trumpet, saxophone, and french horn.
Blake has appeared as a vocalist in several venues including local churches and synagogues as well as appearing in lead roles with the Marshall University Opera Theatre. In Maryland, Blake began participating in Broadway cabarets and musicals such as The Secret Garden and The Producers.
Jon Sanford - Mr. Sanford majors in Piano Performance with a minor in Vocal Performance from Cincinnati Christian University in May 2012. Piano teacher since 2009, Jon joined Sharp School of Music following several months of training, substitute teaching and performing. In addition, he is a music history tutor and is involved with the Music and Worship Department at CCU.
Tianjaio Wang - Ms. Wang earned her Master of Music Degree in Piano Performance from Indiana University-Bloomington. TJ has won numerous competitions and has had televised performances since she was nine years old. She teaches both group and private lessons while pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance at UC College Conservatory of Music.
Denitsa Yankova - Ms. Yankova was born to a family of musicians in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. She began attending a music school for gifted children when she was seven years old. Denitsa holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati and a Master of Music degree from Bowling Green State. She has won many national and international competitions. Denitsa has performed many solo recitals and performed with several orchestras.

STRINGS INSTRUCTOR
Mac Moore - Mr. Moore received his degree in Music Education from Morehead State University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Miami University, Oxford. Mac was a member of the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra as violinist/violist from 1987-1994. He was String Orchestra Director in the Mariemont city school district and a general music teacher in the Mount Healthy city schools. In addition to violin Mac also teaches viola, beginning cello and beginning guitar at Sharp School of Music.
